Students must have their financial accounts paid in-full before they are permitted to move into program housing, attend classes, or participate in any official program-related events or activities. Failure to pay balance will result in restriction from housing, attending classes, and participating in student activities.
View all payment deadlines here.
Students should not make travel arrangements until their balance is paid in full.
****Students are responsible for understanding and adhering to all financial policies, obligations, and payment due dates related to their attendance at ACM. ACM reserves the right to take action if payment is not received on time, such as dismissal from the program, program activities, and removal from housing. Lack of payment in full could also result in financial and records holds. ****
LATE FEES AND HOLDS
Students with a hold on their student account will not be cleared to participate in ACM’s graduation ceremony. Financial and Registration Holds are placed on all accounts with an outstanding balance.
Late fees of $300 will be added to all past due balances after the payment due date.
A $35 NSF/Returned payment fee will be assessed to the Student Account for failed/returned check and credit/debit card payments. Reversed/cancelled electronic payments will also be subject to a $35 fee.
ACM assesses a service fee equal to 2% for all payments made using a credit or debit card. Users may avoid this fee by paying via E-Check.
Students are financially responsible for damages caused by the student to housing, round-trip airfare, passport/visa fees, meals for apartments/residences; any meals not included personal expenses.
