Work-Study Grant (WSG)

ACM’s Work-Study Grant (WSG) formerly known as the On-site Professional Development Grant was created to financially assist the maximum number of students possible. All students offered WSG must remain in program housing for the first year of their program.

Presidential Scholarship recipients must demonstrate financial hardship in order to be eligible for Work Study Grants (WSG). Interested students should contact: admissions@acmfrance.org

Students receiving the Undergraduate or Graduate Fellowships include a 10-hour Work-Study Grant throughout the course of their programs.

Eligible students may apply for the following positions/departments throughout the ACM campus:

  • Library
  • Student Success Center
  • Front Desk
  • ACM Events
  • Department of International Relations
  • Marchutz Studio
  • Café Med
  • Professor Support
  • French Tutoring
  • Provost’s Office
  • Wine Studies
  • Custom Programs
  • IT Support
  • Event Preparation
  • Field Studies Support
  • Social Media

2026-2027 Academic Year Award Amounts

Tier Fall Spring Year Total Application of Funds
1 $2,250 $2,250 $4,500 In exchange for 8-12 hours of work per week.
2 $3,250 $3,250 $6,500 In exchange for 12-15 hours of work per week.
3 $4,250 $4,250 $8,500 In exchange for 15-20 hours of work per week.

***Students will receive the following amounts per semester towards their tuition.

Students pursuing Work-Study Grants should note:

  • Students must apply at the Work-Study Grant fair held the first week of the Fall & Spring semesters.
  • Those interested in moving down a tier may do so after completion of their first semester.
  • All Work Study Grants will reflect as credit on student account.
